Shipping:

As every product is handmade, we also hand pack, label, and ship every order out. You will receive notifications as your order transitions up until it is delivered to you.

*Please note, all lost or stolen items will not be refunded. Once Item is shipped, the post office is responsible. If you have an issue with your item please contact the post office and file a complaint with them if necessary.

*If any Item is returned due to address issue, another shipping fee will be charged in order to resend item(s). Customer will be notified if items are returned. 

*If an item is damaged during transit, send us a photo and we will gladly replace it.
